On February 6-7 Surgeons at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's hospital performed a 23 hour surgery to remove an "inoperable tumor" from a 7-year-old girl's abdomen. This life saving procedure involved removing 6 of her organs, and replacing 3 that could be reimplanted. On March 10, the little girl went home with her family following a successful surgery. In this series, you'll meet the surgeons that performed this life saving procedure, get their perspectives, strategies, and insights. The series will culminate in a live interactive webcast presentation of the surgery, including the surgeons answering your questions submitted via the button on this page.
